Youhou, finally managed to download all the pictures! So, yeah, as I was saying, we had our fist guests in our house: my cousin Hina and Juleon, her cousin from New-Zealand. Both of them survived so now you can all come without fear;-) Well, as you can see we didn't spend the whole two weeks in Puebla, we went on a little road trip. First destination Coatzacoalcos, where Lalo's and Lili's parents live. Their parents (and them too, but we knew that) are the sweetest people in the world! Their mom cooked for us three times a day for three days and it was yummy!
Down here, two blonds in a bar on the "malecón", the street along the sea.

Our second day in Coatza, little boat trip to cross the lagune and go to the beach that actually opens to the sea. Javi, me and Juleon:

Camacho, Lili and Lalo...and Hina was eaten by a crocodile, so she's not there anymore. Haha, no she's the one taking pictures. Mexicano-german sense of humour...

The beach and our little hut and hammock and just under it our baby dragon friend that escaped from the last Harry Potter to land on Javi's arm:
Third day in Coatza, afternoon at the pool looking for coins and playing "à la mouche" (you know the one in the middle has to catch the ball the others are throwing at each other) and after that nice barbacoa (meat cooked in a hole in the ground):

Then, direction Villahermosa, 40°C! We all stayed in the little appartment of Lalo and Lili's Dad and slept wherever we could.

40° degrees and suddenly raining pouring and pouring and not stopping. In half an hour the streets were under water. Fortunately, Captain Javi managed to take us to land safely!

From Villa, one-day trip to the beautiful pyramids of Palenque:

Juleon and Lalo already feeling maya and looking out for Quetzalcoatl's arrival:

And here what's left of Lili after we sacrificed her because she had won three games of UNO (not United Nations, but the card game!):

Well, even if we could be UNO delegates: Mexico, Germany, New-Zealand, Switzerland...

And our last stop: Veracruz! Beautiful, alive, musical, almost Cuban!

The beach once again and the Piña Coladas:

The tourists:

The victorious (of what we don't know but victorious anyway!) men and their cigars :

Some more dangerous beasts waiting for nice pink tourist flesh in the Aquarium of Veracruz:

And the gatekeeper of the Aquarium:

Anf finally back to Puebla, to our dear Bambukos, the place of perdition (into alcohol!):

Hahaha, hihihi! What's so funny? Nobody knows, but we're happily drunk!

Los chicos...

Las chicas...

And now back to normal adult life, looking for a job. Youhou.

Vacances en Suisse

As most of you know I went back to Switzerland because after meeting Javier's cousins at a wedding and having so much fun with them, I just couldn't miss my cousin Laetitia's wedding! And I was so right because it was a really great moment: a lot of emotions, a lot of fun with the most handsome cousins of the world;-) and a lot of alcohol (for some even too much, hahaha, but I won't name anyone!). Vivent les mariés, Laetitia et Laurent! Well, besides the wedding there was a lot of rain (vive la Suisse!) but fortunately I had my little mamita and hermanita and her cute little Ali around to bring me some sun. And of course all the others who I had time to spend some time with, like Aïssatou aka "la crevette" (Baptiste's daughter). Jul's, Leo and Aïssatou could make a baby's band, I'm sure they would break the heart's of all the babies in the world! I'm glad to be back in sunny Mexico. I missed my beautiful adoptive country!

Anyway, I'm back in sunny Mexico! Oh, how I missed you my adoptive country:-)
